Todays installment will be this email which I wrote today to Eric Boehlert

Dear Eric Boehlert.

I have just finished reading your "Lapdogs" and I want to thank you for it.. It adds greatly to my study of the George's Bush's military record and the CBS memos scandal, about which I am currently writing a "blog column" ( which I hope to turn into a book..)

Your book covers the media part of the subject I'm covering excellently. But you're leaving out very significant parts of the Bush Papers/ CBS memos scandal, things that are very obvious that the media never covered. Things that would have sunk Bush bigtime and can still sink him bigtime if these things become known.

One of the revelations is that the reason that there was no official investigation of the CBS Papers is that any official investigation of George Bush's military papers will reveal many crimes in his records, like: fraud, both statutory and monetary, fraudulent discharge, falsification of official papers, dereliction of duty and more. These crimes were committed by both Bush and his superiors in getting him a fraudulent discharge.

The most important thing that was disguised is the fact that the CBS memos represent federal documents--and that the federal government is required to prove or disprove them. Not CBS, Not bloggers, the federal government. Look at the papers yourself: three of them have the letterhead of a TXANG unit on them, they represent official TXANG business and two of them appear to be signed full signature by a commander of a TXANG unit, the 111th FIS, in performance of his duties. That makes them FEDERAL documents! One of them represents a document that WAS written by Killian and sent up the chain of command as two confirmation documents show.. We have the anomaly of two confirmation documents but not the document they're confirming.

If the written word on a page means anything at all, it means that these represent TXANG documents. The TXANG is a federal unit. It is a basic duty of the federal government that they maintain the integrity of their documents. That means that the TXANG and the federal government are responsible to prove or disprove these papers. I don't need to tell you that they shamefully shirked and evaded their duty to do so, abdicating it to "bloggers" and the CBS Dog and Pony Show that had no legal standing whatsoever and proved nothing but how far CBS would go to help the federal government (G Bush commanding) evade their responsibility.

If there is any entity or agency in the world that should be concerned with proving or disproving these papers officially, once and for all,, it is the TXANG. Yet amazingly, this federal agency has refused to prove or disprove what is represented as their own dopcuments. If false, someone forged their official documents, libeling their commander in Chief! Yet America never heard ANYTHING from this organization at all, nor any other part of the federal government. We have another huge anomaly in that CBS had an investigation of the papers to try and establish their authenticity--but the TXANG never did!

Don't you find that suspicious, Mr Boehlert? The federal government abdicating their responsibility to maintain their documents to "bloggers" and CBS? Don't you find it suspicious that after a million nasty words written about CBS, and careers ruined, the Republican government and party these past two years has showed the same amount of enthusiasm towards finding the "forgers" that OJ Simpson has for finding Nicole's killers?

And why don't you, along with the rest of the media, ever realize that George Bush knows right now whether the CBS APpers are real and always has. There's no way he doesn't know if the order to take his physical is real or not because he knows if he was ordered to take the physical or not. And he and his aides have never answered that question honestly, only evaded and obfuscated. He knows if the CBS suspension order is real or not because Killian DID give him a suspension order on August 1st 1972 and Bush knows whether the CBS order is it. That's something the media never mentioned either. There's lots more that you missed.

Whether they are real or not, the existence of the CBS papers indicate federal crimes. If they're false, then someone forged official federal documents, including the commanders signature to libel the President of the United States. And if they're real, they show that documents were removed from Bush's record and that his superiors conspired to alter the public record.
