3. Considering that we're talking about the

Bush Crime Family, I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that Kenny boy has a new identity and a new home in a very remote location where he'll live out his days in luxurious seclusion. Faced with the prospect of a long prison sentence, I think the coward cut and ran, assisted by friends in high places.

The fact that there are so many DUers (and other internet junkies) in so many places is going to be the reason why another Bush administration is extremely unlikely to ever happen again.
