1. Re fasting at home,

how would anyone know? Serious question. I know that if the entire country started fasting, it would have an impact. But, how does anyone know if you are fasting at home?

2. You'll get your youthful figure back

I used to do 10 day cleansing fasts back in my younger days, noticed the pain would get better after about day 3 or 4 and be less severe when I started eating again. It was poor folk's healthcare for lupus.

I'd advise against fasting for more than a couple of weeks, though. You start breaking down muscle tissue by that point, meaning heart muscle along with everything else.

Even Gandhi maxed out at 18 days.

4. So, if I lose weight, the general public will know I've

been on a political fast? :) I hope so.

I'm not saying people shouldn't fast; I'm just wondering how anyone will know they are doing it?

that you are fasting?

I'm not concerned about people being truthful about fasting. I'm concerned that they will fast, but no one will know they are fasting.
