1. During the delay Gore should'e said "John Stewart, you have your lead in."

I hope Congressman Barr is alright. Did Chimpco cut his wire?

Sadly, this gap will probably get more play than that wonderful speech.

2. That's what I think. They either

killed him or cut his wire.

3. I think someone should go out of their way to give Barr the audience

he didn't get today. I hope this is possible. I know he was only going to introduce Gore, but they must have allowed a little time for Barr to speak, also.
