Gay friendly mayor + flood + wing-nut web site
Recently elected Democratic mayor, Matt Ryan, of Binghamton,NY raised the rainbow flag at city hall 2 weeks ago and named June "Tolerance Month."

Today, he faces the prospect of flood walls that were "repaired" by the Republican mayor last year giving way. Thousands have been evacuated in anticipation of the worst. So what are the local wing nuts worried about?
