Sure looks like it. And even if he burned an image of an American flag to make the book cover, it's the same thing. Or is flag burning okay so long as the protesters have massive posters of US flags that they burn?

Isn't that technically desecration, too? I'm not for the amendment, but it would be humorous if Bush was arrested (or whatever the penalty is) for signing his name to flags.
