If Bush would quit breaking the law - there would be no need to leak.
Someone told the NY Times about the wiretapping of financial transactions because the Bush Administration was not getting a warrant to engage in these activities. If they would actually follow the law - there would be no need for the media to report matters like this. I suppose the Bush Administration can do anything they want and use terrorism as an excuse to cover it up.

When we IMPEACH the bastard, we'll have to make sure people understand that the criminals are to blame, not the ones demanding justice.

but massive amounts of lawbreaking have been exposed.

No wonder the republicans are all breathlessly panicking
and spewing one diversion after another.
