What the media needs to understand before it's too late.
If * is not called on his crap, and media outlets--print or electronic--continue to be taken out over reporting truth, then they are all at risk of being shut down at some time or another. As long as the government is willing to pretend that there is a free press and the marketplace is free, there will be a market for truth and it will be filled--even by Fox. They are all at risk.

1. Yep
I think the main goal is intimidation - I don't doubt that they would like to lock up some reporters, but it would be hard to thread that needle. Even their scare tactics are provoking responses.

Then again they could be hoping for a boiling frog plan - talk about imprisoning reporters enough and eventually it becomes acceptable to imprison reporters.
