1. Lemme guess... The last two?
Those were kind of squirrelly.

3. #19 and #8
I guess knowing the forms would not be in a non-immigrants knowledge but I feel bad about not knowing #8.

7. The only way I knew #8 was...

There were a whole spate of new amendments following the Civil War.
Had to guarantee rights for the newly freed... Most of that involved
voting and representation. Also, they had to somehow bring the seceding
states back into the Union.

So, it had to be the lowest number.

6. Not bad
I've always wondered how I'd do on one of those. I got two wrong, one of them being the form needed to apply for naturalized citizen. Being as I'd never dealt with that this one wasn't a surprise. According to them I'd earn the right to be here with that.

Hahahahahahahaha!!!

But seriously though, I have no intention of becoming a citizen, there is something quite reassuring about holding on to my British passport.

19. Yes it IS part of the test
that is why I knew it...

by the way I got 100% here and 100% back then... and this is NOT the full test... it is 100 questioons and the examiner chooses ten at random

15. Wow - I only missed 1 -
missed #19 - what INS form to use

Although the real test doesn't have multiple choice - you've got to know the answer. I probably would've gotten about 65-70% under those conditions!

The one about selecting the Supreme Court, I knew I would miss that. I answered the Senate even though I knew the answer would be the President. Damn. Also the date for the Constitution ARGHHHHH.

21. Damn, missed one...
Natural born citizen and I missed what the 13 states are, but I lost patience at the list anyways. Also, the Naturalization form question was a crapshoot that I happened to have gotten lucky on, can't believe that myself.
