Bush Ignores Laws He Signs, Vexing Congress
Yeah, we knew this already. Why is the MSM just now writing about it?

~snip~

WASHINGTON (June 27) -- The White House on Tuesday defended President Bush's prolific use of bill signing statements, saying they help him uphold the Constitution and defend the nation's security.

2. Vexing Congress? That's the best they can say about it? VEXING?
Try Bypassing, Ignoring, deeming worthless, etc etc. Oh and btw MSM, Bill Signing Statements=Line Item Veto or in other words, UnConstitutional.

3. Why? Because Specter had an "Official Hearing" today.
The Judiciary Committee held an official hearing today on the topic of Presidential Signing Statements. Unfortunately, this "Official Hearing" was in name only.

After watching the whole thing, it was a farce as far as I'm concerned. But, hey! At least Specter can say he had a hearing! :woohoo:
