How Ethical Are You?
This test only has one question, but it's a very important one. By giving an honest answer, you will discover where you stand morally. The test features an unlikely, completely fictional situation in which you will have to make a decision. Remember that your answer needs to be honest, yet spontaneous.

Please scroll down slowly and give due consideration to each line.

You are in Florida, Miami to be specific. There is chaos all around you, caused by a hurricane, with severe flooding.
This is a flood of biblical proportions.

You are a photojournalist working for a major newspaper, and you're caught in the middle of this epic disaster. The situation is nearly hopeless.

You're trying to shoot career-making photos. There are houses and people swirling around you, some disappearing under the water. Nature is unleashing all of its destructive fury.

Suddenly you see a man in the water. He is fighting for his life, trying not to be taken down with the debris. You move closer. Somehow the man looks familiar. You suddenly realize who it is. George Bush!

At the same time you notice that the raging waters are about to take him under . . . forever.

You have two options--you can save the life of George Bush or you can shoot a dramatic Pulitzer Prize winning photo, documenting the death of one of the world's most powerful men.

Here's the question, and please give an honest answer:

Would you select high contrast color film, or would you go with the classic simplicity of black and white?

1. Definately Black and White
The stark contrasts of the medium adds to the drama of the scene.
Wouldn't mind having a video of it also, for my own entertainment!!

2. I think black and white
will capture the scene in all its glory. And to do it in b/w will certainly be more rewarding considering how little the "other" side believes in shades of grey. To them, there is only black and white without any discrimination for everything that falls in between.

So, yeah--b/w. On the other hand, considering I travel with more than one camera, I would try to snap as many pictures as possible regardless of which film I have in each camera. :)

P.S. This is an old question, but it's always nice to get new responses to it!

3. Oh, color!
All his pancake makeup will be washed off, and I'll want the world to see his gin blossoms in all their glory.

I remember what a revelation it was early in his pResidency when he went overseas and I consulted the overseas press for details and found a picture that had not been airbrushed.

5. Funny Stuff!
I got to the last line and laughed loud enough that the person in the hall came in to ask what was so funny!
