I lived in Detroit on 9-11. Every Imam from every mosque in the largest Islamic community in the country went on TV and denounced the attacks, but still the bigots kept spewing their lies that American Muslims didn't speak up.

5. Very stupid, considering that

moderate Muslims have been speaking up since 911. Sufis have been involved in interfaith conferences for a looooong time, and Pir Zia, head of my order, has hosted some at the Abode of the Message in upstate NY. But then our MSM has an agenda-and it is not to be fair to liberals or Muslims, imho.
