1. The Banana Republic's bozo brigade raided a banana boat

looking for bombs.

Actually, they had good reason to check the boat out, but found nothing but a threatening note scrawled on a pillar in the cargo hold of the boat. They just should have held off reporting it until they knew something solid.. it was non-news.
