**WHY IS IT CALLED 3 1/2?**
-because it only answers 1 of the questions posed in part 3. I was bored and, considering I have to stay up ALL night (it's for a doctor's appointment in the morning...wierd, I know), i thought a good way to pass the time is to make more rEpUbLiCaNhOtTiE chronicles.

This has to be the funniest one I've created yet. Plus, you get to see the Dark Prince w/o his cloak on! oho!
