But when you don't get punished for being bad, then it doesn't promote change in behavior. What incentive did he have to stay clean? There was no suspended sentence from what I heard. If this is an illicit drug, then I would imagine that it constitutes NOT "continuing to undergo treatment for addiction" as required by the Court. This might mean those nasty little charges are no longer dropped. :nopity: We can only hope....
