I really liked what I heard. Very strong answers, delivered with confidence. Tim threw some kind of tough stuff at him, but Russ nailed every single one.

1. Tim Russert thinks too much like a Republican. He's no match for
Russ Feingold.

I didn't get to see this interview, but I betcha you're callin' it exactly right, BGL.

Feingold is going to be formidable in the primary debates a year and a half from now.

6. Didn't catch MTP
But, I really like what I see in the Senator. Although far, far too early for `08, I would love to think of a Feingold/Obama possible ticket or perhaps something with Murtha. Yes, there are many possible mixes and lots of time for things to happen on the world and national stages that we cannot even think of yet, but that is where my humble thoughts wander. After what we have been stuck with for these last few years even someone who can construct a complete sentence is worth of passing consideration.

9. Why would you wish to attach two opposites together?
Why not a Feingold/Kucunich or Feingold/Boxer. Or if you want war moingers pick Clark/Murtha, if you want muddled middle how about Biden/Obama but Feingold/Obama or Feingold/Murtha come on.......
