Prosecutors Tried to Disqualify Tom Noe's Attorneys (but WHY?)
COLUMBUS (AP)-- Ohio Prosecutors handling the case lodged against Tom Noe, the GOP fund-raiser accused of stealing from a state investment in rare coins, tried to have Noe's attorneys disqualified. A judge sealed the court documents that explain why prosecutors made that request.

1. I wonder why??
Could be they have some type of attorney-client relationship with the fund, or have some type of inside information.

I haven't been able to figure it out. I've never heard of prosecutors trying to do this before.

Also, notice it doesn't say when they tried to disqualify them -- nor does it say what the Judge ruled.

Very puzzling.

4. I think it's a team of lawyers...
Maybe it's about them being paid with money the prosecutors will claim is stolen? I'm not saying they did claim that -- just wondering if that could be it.
