the mom of one of the teen thugs gunned down in new orleans told the newspaper that he was a nice boy who dressed well and who worked at burger king! she had no idea what life he was living, and turns out he had juvenile gun arrests!

i'm serious, you had to laugh to keep from crying, he had a whole song and dance for her as to why he wasn't back in school, he claimed that his school which had re-opened told him to wait until september -- and i'm sure in september he'd have another story ready for her

family is the last one to see the bad side and i guess this gang war being all the talk in my area and some of the family sooooo clueless, it just stands out in my mind

the moms, the sisters, etc. are not going to say anything bad abt their sons, husbands, brothers, and they may even be blind to what they have done wrong (assuming it's anything)

i think as far as this miami case, we can only say, time will tell, but right now i am going to believe the fbi before i believe the moms

3. Yeah, and I know what you are saying as I have seen that

many times before, but I just don't think that plays as well here. Granted mom probably doesn't have the whole story but I'm hard pressed to buy these guys as terrorist.
