He had bank accounts seized and got a congressional censure, IIRC...Probably the reason that GHWB was "the youngest fighter pilot" in the navy :)...Of course his inexperience ended up killing his own crewmates, but it made him a "heeee-ro" and probably took some heat off Prescott..

His father or grandfather immigrated after WWII and was some officer. The name was Roverer.

Prescott was also intrumental in Nixon's political career, who was instrumental in GHWB's, Rumsfeld's adn indirectly, Cheney's political careers.
