The kids are all right. That’s the hope, anyway. But, how much longer will our kids be all right, safe, given a nurturing place to grow into their own adulthood? The Conservatives, the Republicans, The Bush Crime Family supporters, the war lovers who are destroying America, truly hate children and young people. That is apparent in their rhetoric, their politics, their actions. They may drool and fawn over the “unborn,” but that is nothing more than a grossly hypocritical act designed to divert attention from their theft of the innocence of youth, their destruction of dreams and possibilities, their pro-death agenda that frightens as well as angers young people. The kids are aware of this double-cross. They know “Conservatives” are nothing but phonies. They are aware of the duplicity and hatefulness of so-called “Christians” who demonstrate daily their utter contempt for the simple, loving message of Jesus. Yeah, the kids are all right.
They watch. They know. They understand.
On tonight’s program you’ll have a chance to hear what the kids are saying, thinking, and feeling. The entire three hours will be reserved for calls from young people between the ages of 13 and 17. Tune in. Listen. You’ll be surprised.
Mike usually calms himself down on these nights, and acts very respectfully to these young callers, so even if you think Malloy is too harsh, you might want to listen tonight.
