Rove is now writing W's obligatory "Terror Averted" speech.

The great ape will shamble out to the podium and hang on tight while swaying as if in a gale and announce with his ape brow furrowed into a caricature of dignity and pride and say, "We've averted a terrible terra attack on Chicago and America is SAFER".

I assume it will be short and sweet and no questions will be taken and he will walk off triumphantly as if he had accomplished some great feat by making the speech and not shitting his pants.
