1. I don't know about Democrats being the "prison party" but I do...........
....know that don't usually just talk good law enforcement, they act on it.

There are even some in the Democratic Party who firmly believe, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime".

10. First of all "Is the Democratic Party the prison party" is a really.......
....stupid question.

The opposite of that question would of course be, "Do you like having murders, child molestor, arsonists, robbers and theives living among you"??

So the answer is no one in their right mind truly wants the first but at the same time no one in their right mind wants the second choice either.

14. Not any stupider than
Is the Democratic party the druggy party. And of course the question was not if murders, etc. should be charged or not. That's a silly way to frame it. And what about after they finish their time?

I can't make a single decision without them.

Does that help?

12. You mean over 2,000,000 in prison is all
The Republican's fault? There is nothing the Dems could have done?

15. A good portion of it is.
It's mostly based on racism as well, and racists vote Republican.

Democrats can do more, but I don't know what, exactly. Dems who run on decriminalization platforms instantly get ostracized by Republicans and DINOs.

16. So they are cowards, too.
Edited on Wed Jun-21-06 06:16 PM by madmusic
There is a big difference between decriminalization and life for simple possession. So even if they can't argue decriminalization for political reasons, that still doesn't explain them condoning life for simple possession or for any non-violent crime, for that matter.

Edit: typo.
