Do I have this right? Two competing Dem Iraq Resolutions

There's Kerry's resolution calling for troops to be withdrawn in a 12 month period, and the Reed/Salazar and whoever else resolution that calls for troop reductions but doesn't call for it being done by any set date. How come these guys can't get it together to introduce one resolution? It's hard to see this situation as doing anything but splitting the dems.

And off topic, how's this for a quick slogan? Stand down, so they can stand up.
