1. That's a great way to make inroads, but I'm afraid the truth

is even more inconvenient than that.
Our culture needs an overhaul of basic vision and could learn a lot from many others that don't have car tires and lightbulbs to worry about. ;)

At my theater their was 3 other movies playing and the table with stickers and stuff was 50 yards away.

Many people watched the movie and didn't realize there were handouts for personal acts and stuff.

8. Yes I have. It was an incredible film

I encourage everyone to see it. My teenager and her friends aren't very interested but I'm going to buy tickets for 4 of them to go this weekend. They won't turn down a free movie. And hopefully they will become motivated to do something afterward.

of our democracy. It seems that every day brings more and more bad news.
The impending end of our planet could send me into a total depression.

14. Yes - An it's one of the best docs I've seen all the way through the

credits - How they ended it with a powerful song by Melissa Etheridge and then had ways that you can help and what you can do intermixed with the ending credits was so moving. "If you believe in PRAYER: Pray that people will have the courage to change."

After seeing the film - going from tears to hope - I left the theater saying "Al, for the love of the country, please run!"

would increase the exposure thus creating more buzz and encouraging others to go, others who need educating.

Hell, you could take others with you.

No biggie though. It's only the best chance of snapping people out of their apathy over our greatest threat to ever come along. :)

23. It opens here on June 30th, so I'll see it then. Re: the list -

we recently replaced ten of our regular light bulbs with those new ones and saw an IMMEDIATE drop in our electric bill! We were so impressed, we're going to replace ALL our lightbulbs - as soon as we can. That one step really, really works.
Also, regarding houshold waste: I hoard all my kitchen scraps like they are gold, which is why I now have WONDERFUL compost!

34. Saw it last Friday here in Kansas City at the Tivoli in Westport

Only drawback: had to sit through scenes of the Election Theft of 2000 when the networks called it for Gore, then backtracked and called it for Bush. Made me burn with rage: hotter than the global warming in the movie :grr:
