Two questions about Frontine....The Dark Side'
Do you wonder how many parents of our fallen soldiers watched it? How do live with the fact that your child didn't have to die? There was nothing new, that I didn't already know about Frontline, but seeing it instead of reading it was very painful. It was all one power grab and 2504 kids died and counting....no one will ever pay for this.

1. I agree with everything that you said except the last sentence.
There is a great deal of anger out there e.g.,60% disapproval, higher rates disapproving of the war, economy, health, environmet, etc. It's ugly there's just no media focus. People will be held to
account.

10. We will see...

Here is a random piece of information. An institution in No. VA, Cong Frank Wolf, R, not heavily partisan, is in big trouble for reelection. He has been around forever, has great constituent services, and is not an ideologue. He's in trouble in a specially configured district. Maybe the mood is changing. A Libby pardon would be a start or amplification of the firestorm. It will be what ever it is. How's that for predicting;)

2. If you want to read something shocking, read some of the...
...early "how dare you question 'the president' and his policies" comments at the Frontline website.

Please, everyone who saw this show, and would like to see more like it, please go to this link and "Share your Thoughts" too.

3. Frontline does not get a mass audience
So The Dark Side will have negligible impact. It also conveyed nothing new, nothing already quite well known by denizens of DU and similar sites. However, nice to see it depicted on broadcast TV.

6. But you forget the School factor.
I wonder how many teachers will show this in class over the next few weeks?

7. That's right.....
Most of the things on the show have been topics of discussion here at DU for a long time. Didn't learn anything new, but it was nice to see it presented in a broadcast format.

8. Check out the web site
PBS has a bit more credibility than DU. It can have an impact if we make sure it is posted on every blog and forum and mailed to every reporter in the country. It's all here, wrapped up in a shiny box, ready to shove right down Dick Cheney's throat. Don't let this opportunity pass us by.

9. More Americans are willing to accept the truth today than in 2004. This
Frontline documentary will go a long way in helping a grieving parent realize that justice is near.

11. 40% of PA folks in Zogby - 2004 was stolen; 85% Dobbs poll-dumb e-voting
The people are there, it's just the spokes models who are in the way. But since they're part of
*co, we don't need to be surprised. The public is ready...we need a voice beyond the internet.
Who will be that voice, those voices.

12. The corporate media is more interested in selling "Dueling Democrats"
to the American public. Dems have to rely on each other getting the message out, one on one, house by house, district by district.
