who considers her beneath contempt. Not even worth a mention. Maher has abandoned his former favored guest, Coulter. Matthews won't have her on his show. Brian Lamb will no longer have her as a guest. And when Aaron Brown was on CNN, he refused to have her on his show.
So there are standards. Leno and Lauer just don't have them.
