Correction: Iraq-Troop Morale story
http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/news/world/14854788.htm

In a June 15 story about morale among Minnesota soldiers serving in Iraq, The Associated Press reported erroneously a brigade surgeon's comment on casualty rates. Col. Basil Leblanc did not say that 96 percent of soldiers in Iraq will leave alive. In discussing advancements in trauma care, Leblanc cited the trauma center at Balad Air Base and said 96 percent of the patients who arrive alive at the trauma center will leave alive.

2. What is the total number of troops who have served?
Is that number available? I'd be interested to know the actual percentage.
