What is your opinion of these online/at home jobs ?
I already have a good idea , I certainly would not install a new pool just yet or even hope for a near future purchase of a cheap handgun to clear out some fluff I may have in my brain .

It's like come one come all , SEND ME YOUR MONEY it's just the shipping only and this is only the start -which they never say , don't want to drive away any possible source of income to their bank account now do they ?

Yes , work from home for an hour a day and while you sleep , if you can do so - the money will be ROLLING in , $3,000 a day while you sleep , man where do I sign up ?

1. Hmmm, one word defines those programs.
I'll even rearrange a couple of the letters because it's more fun to work out the riddle:

CSAM

13. Be nice. Ponzi didn't start his scheme as a swindle
Everyone talks about Ponzi schemes but no one seems to know what one is. I did a little search on the Internet.

Turns out that Charles Ponzi got an International Reply Coupon from someone in Spain. IRCs are still used today. You can buy one in this country, send it to someone in another country, and they'll be able to go to the post office and buy a foreign-postage stamp to send you a letter back. Well...Ponzi noticed that his correspondent paid one cent US for the IRC but Ponzi was able to buy six cents' worth of US stamps with it. He devised a scheme that would make him quite rich:

Step 1: get a lot of money together. Promise to double people's money in 90 days.
Step 2: send it to a foreign country who has very weak currency--Italy, Spain, somewhere like that. The world was slightly low on commies in the 1920s, so most of the countries that would later join the Warsaw Pact would also qualify.
Step 3: buy cases of IRCs in those countries, palletize them and put them on a steamer for the US
Step 4: once they're in the US, buy stamps with them
Step 5: sell the stamps for cash

Unfortunately, freight and transaction fees sucked all the profit out of this, so he just started reimbursing old investors with new investors' money

14. Right, those schemes NEVER start out to be swindles
they just end up that way, due to overpromising and overdelivering to the intial investors to lull subsequent investors into a haze of false security while the schemer tries to compensate for all the little things he hadn't considered when he'd had his big idea to make a lot of money.

7. I'll give you that "kit" for free
I bet it basically is a sheet of paper that says, "Do what I do. You'll rope in a lot of suckers like yourself."

4. There are legitimate work from home, online programs,
but you do have to be selective. For more info, Google Jim Daniels and his BizWeb2000 site for no bull opportunities (not flopportunities). I could have included an affiliate link rather than have you Google it yourself, but I have no interest in listening to the inevitable backlash from posters who already "know it all but have never actually tried any of it themselves." Either you're interested, or you're not. I'm not making a dime off it either way. This is strictly FYI.

8. You *Can* Make Money from Home
by starting your own business or having an independent job like an appraiser, lead tester, real estate agent, or financial advisor. The best ones are often the less glamorous and the ones you're less likely to think of. Or you can go to alibaba.com, import products like LCD TVs, and sell them from home via craigslist and eBay.

Companies that promote "work from home" schemes are generally an expensive waste of time.

9. Homer Simpson did that once
Check that-twice. One was a failure and the other one was when he set up a Drudge-type site and became Mr X, exposing corruption. He won a Pulitzer.

11. "Last Chance to Send Me Your Used $1.00 Bills!"
A guy actually put an add in the L.A. Times Classifieds saying exactly that back in the '50s (I think). He made $20,000. before the legislature passed a law barring such ads.

P.T. Barnum lives.

15. Working from home is a viable option
But it's still working.

A good example is the rapid growth of virtual call centers led by companies like angel.com and LiveOps
