It is quite normal for Ms. Coulter to substitute invective for rational argument, so anyone who erroneously believes that she has used the word bitch may be forgiven.

It wasn't the use of the word I had in mind, but it qualifies.

However, in Ms. Coulter's mind, it probably doesn't count. She was referring to the residents of Arab nations. She does not regard Arabs as human beings, and therefore would be excluded from any one.
