Techie Folk--Help Me

We had our state convention a few days ago and had some wonderful speakers. I'm working on a fundraiser for one of those speakers, and I would like to download the speeches of several of the other speakers to play on DVD at our fundraiser.

How would I go about getting the speeches downloaded from a site and made into an electronic file I can burn to a DVD? Am I going to have to contact the website who is hosting the speech videos?

Any help is appreciated.

Did that make sense? I click on a link, it takes you to the youtube website then the video of the speech loads.

3. Get permission from the website.

Right click on the link & choose save taget as to your hard drive.

Then you can easily burn to DVD. Hope this helps.

Don't forget to get permission from the speakers, too. They might object to having their images on the Internet.

I've never done it myself, and so I can't vouch for them.
