I suggest these changes for Congress:

They have been brought up before but I think they need more discussion.

1. People running for office can only take donations from the district they are representing.

2. The pay for Congressmen/women should be an average of the pay in the district they represent.

3. Public housing for Congressmen/women should be set up in Washington D.C. and they should be required to live in it.

4. The representatives and senators can us commercial flights only. No private corporate jets allowed.
