Arthur, I would follow you now. We need you now.
Edited on Wed Jun-14-06 08:51 PM by Tom Yossarian Joad
Sydney Lanier and Malory wrote of you

and you were good.

You chose your battles wisely

and that was good.

Your intentions were noble

and that was good.

You held life sacred

and that was good.

You had love in your heart,

and that was good.

It was love that drove you.

and that was good.

You wanted life

and happiness for those in your charge,

and that was good.

You stood upon the field,

a warrior and a peacemaker,

and that was good.

Because your cause was just.

<clip>

But your greed took you
to places

You knew you shoudn't go.

Lancelot and Guinivere
took you from your post.

But then you took your heart back
and knew where it should be.

Arthur, we need you now.

We need you now.

<more to come>

First write, I intend many changes, but just felt compelled to post it so I could look at it later.

Thanks for giving it a peek.

2. Thanks, Rose...
That's in the rewrite.

"It was love that killed the beast."

Sorry for the King Kong quote there.

5. Thank you, for sharing it.
Heroes are,...mysterious. Arthor is a legend.

MLK,...he was a REAL, non-mystical hero who compelled the production of more heroes than any wo/man in our existence as a nation. Unfortunately, we fail to acknowledge them. Therefore, mystery and legend rules over reality and reason.
