Mission Acomplished 2....At least he didn't wear a flight suit
Edited on Tue Jun-13-06 01:16 PM by Armstead
Has the msm noted the parallels between Bush's trip to Iraq and that infamous aircraft carrier speech?

A symbolic "victory" occurs. (Sadaam's statue toppled -- Zharkari Killed). Bush jumps on the opportunity to make a symbolic appearance as a Manly Man Leading Our Nation to Victory.

Instead of an aircraft carrier, it's the impressive halls of Baghdad as a backdrop for the Photo-Ops.

As usual the Neutered Puppies of the MSM follow along dutifully.

Hopefully, though, the public won't go along with it this time.

3. Well, unless he's in uniform, and has been issued a weapon
and a set of deployment orders, WTF bother? This is a total joke.

Of course, since it's 'instant death/dismemberment' for anyone who shows their ass outside the Green Zone, they'll cover it....they've nothing else to do over there.

6. I heard some honest reporting on this from the BBC this AM
Their reporter was very good! He pointed out that the chimp was in the Green Zone for all of 5 hours, would do a lot of photo ops with the Iraqi Puppets, which will probably piss off most regular Iraqis. Then more photo -ops with the troops then he is outa there. He also pointed out a lot of folks in Baghdad would love to tell bush how fucking bad their lives are now.

It was rather refreshing to hear.

Get ready for the endless Bush trips that we will all have to pay for. It is starting early.

10. it will work
watch the polls. he'll climb back to 40%. "some people" are desparate to believe in his competency. it alleviates the sting of shame they feel for voting for him. twice.

"he's GOT to be a good christian man. he's just GOT TO. otherwise i'm a sucker."
