The problem is that Coulter, Mark Levin, Hannity, Savage, etc., are able to "sell" tens of thousands of books to book clubs, think tanks, other conservative outlets, who then offer them to conservatives for free or big discounts. Check out newsmax.com, and you'll see ads for Coulter's book at $4.99, for example (if you get a subscription ...)

As a result, these books zoom up the NYT charts, and then when the MSM doesn't review them positively (or at all), Levin, Rush, Hannity, Savage, etc., scream about liberal media bias -- using this sham as a rallying cry to further drive up their sales and ratings, and justify their pathetic existences.
