Drudge: Statement from Howard Dean re. Rove
DNC Chair Howard Dean: "If Karl Rove had been indicted it would have been for perjury. That does not excuse his real sin which is leaking the name of an intelligence operative during the time of war. He doesn't belong in the White House. If the President valued America more than he valued his connection to Karl Rove then Karl Rove would have been fired a long time ago. So I think this is probably good news for the White House, but its not very good news for America."

1. Tell it like it is, Howard!
This administration is made up of the world's most slimy, slippery, disgusting people on the face of the earth. It is almost as if they are a true group of soulmates who have found each other.

So much for f*cking Fitzmas.

Campbell Brown (Mrs. Dan Senor) tried hard to nail Dems on not having a single, coherent Iraq strategy by juxtaposing 2 quotes, one by Pelosi, another by a leading Dem (sorry, forgot) that looked dissimilar on the surface. Dean expained that the 2 were in fact expresing the same approach, but with different focus (redployment vs. dangers of a hasty withdrawal), and chided Brown for using "soundbites" to misrepresent Dem posisiton. He emphasized Dem leadership on Iraq, that Repubs are coming aropund to our way of thinking.

Very good.

Brown is really wearing her Republican stripes these days. She's a smart woman and certainly knows the flaws in her simplistic analysis--- in other words, propaganda.

4. Perfect response. Do right by it. We need Dean - he didn't take three
days to come up with a response. And what he says is on target. Quote him whenever you can.
