...well, I think a lot of things about what you posted. I am actually a believer in the wildest conspiracy theory about Iran of them all, which I won't post on this board, but you may PM me to get it if you're curious. It's sort of close to this, though. And, no, I don't believe there will actually be a full-on invasion of Iran. At least, not the way the Admin wants, or thinks it can still get, at all. The danger of a military incident connected to us there remains real, but it's not going to go down the way I once feared, I don't think. Thanks to some unlikely bedfellows doing some suave finagling to get the planet off of this particular suicide course (thanks, Bill).

The media's role in all of this is critical. I actually haven't been able to tell for a while now WHAT its collective endgame is...screw Bush, save Bush...avoid screwing Bush for just a little bit longer as a way of convincing the neo-cons that their media support still exists...screwing both their old and new masters from the middle while...does anyone know if Rupert Fucking Murdoch is even alive anymore?
