A chink in Shrubya's logic, one of the many...... "Iran with a
nukeyoulear weapon is a threat to global security. Russia was a threat to global security. Russia had thousands not one or two but frigging thousands of nukes. They still do. They are not considered a threat but they could become one if this braindead cowboy doesn't cut out the crap. Russia is selling Iran GD SUNBURN MISSILES. China has oil agreements with IRAN. This all boils down to economic power, who has it, and who is afraid of losing it to someone else.... PERIOD. Thanks, I'll have another glass of Kool Aid now... :)

1. Which is the *only* country ever to have nuked someone else?
Hmmmm.... lemmie see.

How can we say others aren't allowed to build something that we already have thousands of? So far, we're the only country who has proved conclusively that we can't be trusted not to use them.

4. Not only have we used them, (and the jury is out on whether or
not we needed to, I say no) but we will continue to do so.... until we are stopped by some outside force... and that force may end up being other worldly.

2. The threat to global security is GWB
and his corporate/neocon cronies. Yes, Russia has lots nukes, and a lot of unsecured uranium products already in the black market. Yes, they have been selling Sunburn missiles to Iran. Yes, China and India, both of whom have nukes, have been negotiating with Iran for oil supplies. And yet, BushCo thinks that they will be able to take over the ME, and dominate it as a colony; while extracting all the oil they and their corporate minions can get at. And that the locals will passively stand by while they do so.

What I want to know: What kind of drugs they are using, so I can avoid them. Anything that causes that much paranoia and illusion of grandeur is bad stuff.

Skip the kool-aid, I want chocolate, and now!

3. Every country with nuclear arms is a threat to
global security because any country is subject to being ruled by a rogue administration. Witness the U.S.
