2. Seem unconstitutional...
Article 1 establishes Congress and empowers them to ARTICLE 1: establish and maintain an army and navy and to declare war...and an "Elastic Clause" allowing any law necessary for the carrying out of the previously-listed powers.

Hmmmmmm.

6. Add the BATF & State Department to that list
...not long ago, the BATF purchased 22 surplus Marine Corps OV-10 Broncos (an observation, forward observer and ground attack aircraft used in Vietnam, etc) and had them outfitted for "surveilance & interdiction" in the so-called war on drugs (they have subsequently been reassigned to the State Dept.). For some unknown reason, during the refurbish of the airframes and electronics (adding modern FLIR, GPS and other spooky goodies) they declined to remove the weapons hardpoints. While the outboard wing stations now mount chemical spray gear (for the spraying of pot I guess...even though that's the DEA's job, isn't it?), the inboard stations and fuselage stations are intact. Now I ask, what does a civilian law enforcement aircraft need with hardpoints that can mount gun pods, missiles and rocket pods? Hmmm...break out the foil hats...

5. If one's religion forbids killing, then is it a violation of one's
1st Amendments rights to force them to pay taxes that are used to pay for killing?
