Reading the book "No Good Day To Die"...Guess what Gen Franks didn't do...

I have just started reading this book and in the very first part it is discussing how intelligence photographs showed campfires high in the mountains that many thought were used by escaping Taliban/al queda members in the mountains of Tora Bora. Some in the military wanted to bomb these campfires, but Franks said no. That he thought the fires could be...........sheep herders. Other intelligence people said these camp fires were most likely escaping Taliban/al queda members and were too high in the mountains to be that of sheep herders.

Now, can anyone else imagine if Clinton had been president and this had came out?
