My letter to Lou Dobbs................

Mr. Lou Dobbs,

To begin with I was very surprised that you chose to have Ann Coulter on your show just so she could push her book. You just never seemed the type that would stoop to that. Then to allow the comparison of Ann Coulter to Mark Twain. Marl Twain could write in an entertaining way. He's no doubt turning over in his grave and wondering where your brain went, as I am. Oh but the best was Ann Coulter being referenced in any way to Lincoln.

Ann Coulter is not a modern day Mark Twain and she certainly has absolutely nothing in common with Lincoln. Ann Coulter is nothing but a female looking version of Charles Manson.

I think I've watched your show for the last time.

I'm not so sure I would have added this part.

It is amusing, but it's a personal insult about her appearance instead of a factual reason why she doesn't deserve much respect.

Truthfully, I'm not upset or even surprised he had her on his show - just a little sickened by the way he pimped her book with virtually no challenge to some of the appalling crap she has written.

8. I e-mailed him that he jumped the shark

with the Ann Coulter interview. I figure his staff will get the "jump the shark" reference if he doesn't. I told him he crossed over the line from rational thought to becoming a parody of himself. After Ann Coulter the only thing left for his show is to referee cat fights between Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul. I hope his producer reads it.
