saying they'll sneak it in on an 'unrelated' bill.

Well, they actually DID - but the Republicans,

in their, "we know what's best for you little people" role, are trying to get around the fact that this should be dead.

I hope some bright young intern finds out what bill it is hidden in and his/her Senator gets the word out to other Senators quickly.
