sweating out the details of the event like a real president. However I get very alarmed when * is looking fretful though not as much when he is relaxed and happy. I think this means he is resolved to push the planned agenda of iran but things are not going smoothly and they know in advance that this mopping up of Al Qaeda is too late to do what they expected.

Also Bush has had to face a lot of unpleasant reality that people are really against him for solid reasons. Even before impeachment proceedings at that point Nixon, always unloved, was going nuts with all the negative vibes. Bush however may be excused for clinging to the notion that he so far and on the horizon has nothing to fear about real accountability. His worst nightmare may simply be not being loved or very competent in this brutish coup. Perhaps the rosy scenario for whatever "success" they expected in Iran is very much in doubt.

What worries me is that something much worse or more dramatic is going on behind the scenes. You never know until the unimpeded planes fly into unprotected targets.
