Winning isn't the point. Subpoena power is the point, gaining access to her funding sources and those for her publisher. Her books have NEVER made money and are heavily discounted or given free by far right think tanks and other bulk buyers.

It's called a LAWSUIT. It's the only way to deal with slander and libel and winning isn't always the point.
