9. We aren't allowed to cash in on that plan until retirement. I can
only move percentages between stocks, bonds, and a real estate fund. There is also an annuity but it's been locked in for years now. Can't increase it beyond the percentage designated at the beginning.

6. The European markets don't show the same movement though they
were off in their morning trading.

IMHO it's sounding for the bottom as in "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" No one seems to know.
