On C-span 2 they are replaying the Judiciary Comm. hearing
on the possible prosecution of journalist by the govt. Saw part of it this a.m. and it was very informative. They had Jack Anderson's son as a witness concerning his father's notes and papers.

1. Can you give any idea or a link to what he (the son) said?
I'm really curious what sort of justification the FBI has been pushing for this.

2. Some of the reasoning is they say Anderson may
have classified documents in his files. The crazy part is the info they seem to be interested in is from about 20 years ago. How could those documents be critical to our security now. C-span2 may have a transcript??
