californians have the right to a paper ballot at any state polling place. if you ask for one, you have to be given one.

so I asked and got ... and used it. One set of votes that cannot be altered in the polling place e-fraud machines!

If you are voting later tonight in CA ask for a paper ballot.

Her opponent Deborah Ortiz doesn't have a clue about electronic voting, and has made some alarmingly naive statements about it. BOWEN got the endorsement of 80% of the rank and file Dems at the state party convention.
