It is a very impressive and emotional moment at the pre-race ralley. The pink and green (i think spouses and loved ones of cancer survivors)is a beautiful site to see. Hats off to these brave women.

Owned, operated and run by an organization whose head is a Bush Pioneer (Nancy Brinker)?

I have all the admiration in the world for people who have been through this ordeal, but I choose my causes more carefully. I don't want any money I contribute to end breast cancer going into the pockets of Big Pharma so they can come up with more ways to "treat" it while being very careful never to try to eradicate it altogether because it's just too big a cash cow for them.
