Let's DU ABC News About Charlie Gibson

I just wrote them and told them that after watching ABC News as a child, and 28 years as an adult, that I would no longer be watching them due to Charlie Gibson. I feel he is a Republican mouthpiece.
I never felt that way about Jennings. I didn't feel that way about Vargas. I also think she got screwed in the deal since she was the co-anchor and now she isn't on the evening news.

I get most of my news from the internets now anyway. But I think a good DU'ing to let them know we don't appreciate the movement to the right (as if they could go a lot farther without being Fox) by what used to be a more middle of the road network.

8. Gibson usually doesn't bother me but I think I have a

prejudice. He attended Sidwell Friends School, a Quaker school, in Washington DC, which I think of as very liberal. So I thought his parents must have raised him with a social conscience. But he went to Princeton, which is a bastion of RWers in my opinion.

However, I kinda like him. He does push his interviewees, incluidng Repubs.

But bottom line, the corporate media, and that includes ABC, is in the Bushco pocket.
