What consequences provided under FISA????

I noticed the add on the home page saying:

"Reps. Jane Harman and John Conyers have introduced the LISTEN Act -- an ACLU-endorsed bill that requires George Bush to follow FISA and obtain court orders for any domestic wiretaps. Now they need your help."


I have to wonder if the FISA Act has any penalty for non-compliance...

Why do we need a "LISTEN" Act? is it going to make Bush "Listen" to the FISA Act? it seems to me that if Bush doesn't "Listen" to the FISA act, what is going to make him "Listen" to the "LISTEN" Act?

They ignore Feingold's Censure... Won't even say the I word, and debate on the legality of wire taps wile Bush wipes his ass on our Constitution.

I think Bush should be tried for Treason, Conspiracy, And Willful Contamination of a foreign country which may even fall under Genocide. i.e. Depleted Uranium Shells.

It seems to me, and a lot of Humans on Earth, that Bush is the only person on this planet who has WMD's and uses them indiscriminately on any country he wants to.

If they can't Impeach him, then I would say give up and name him King of the planet. at the rate he is going the planet will be dead before he will. (why do you think they are building that space station???)
