Have you noticed odd things re your snail mail from some sources recently?

I have and it is creepy.

Like letters from but not limited to the following: Senator Kennedy, the NAACP, Senator Nelson of Florida.

They arrive with one corner lifted and torn a bit. It is torn enough so someone could look into the envelope a little, but not so much that someone could take it out all the way, I don't think.

Anyone else??

Please describe if so.

1. How about missing phone bills every other month? that count? No I am on

monthly billing, yet since 1/2/06 every other month my phone bill doesn't show up. I called phone company and their records show its been sent. Tinhat time?

2. My wife got a package from her mom recently

was for mothers day. It had been opened and resealed with security tape. Her mom sends us something at least once a month for one reason or other, and this was the first time I can recall anything out of the ordinary.

Makes ya wonder if something is up...

I don't, other than the source of the mail. And my past as an anti VN war protest and hippie era.

I've been noticing this for some months. Probably since the NSA story broke, cause that would be when I started paying attention.

I've only noticed it on politically oriented mail.

5. She is, it seems, on the watch list.

Everytime she flies she gets hassled, and I dropped her off once at curbside and after waiting in line they told her she could not check in outside but had to go inside.

She is a housewife, who travels with a 5 yr old.

The only thing that makes her stand out perhaps is:
1. Her SS card and Driver's license did not match in name at one point
2. Her dad was a high up union official in a CA union until he retired recently
3. Her mom is elected Dem on a CA school board.

8. I had the same situation regarding the names being different

, ie married name on one, not the other.

But when I traveled out of country I didn't get stopped or anything recently, uh in March of this year.

7. Other- I throw them in the trash without opening them.

I know they want money. And I'm flat-assed broke right now from paying 2 mortgages and Florida insurance, so why look. When the situation changes, I'll look.

Except in Nelson's case. He might be sending me anthrax.

and always it's mail from liberal organization.

None of it arrived in the little plastic bags the post office uses when mail gets mangled.

I shop by mail a lot and I really have noticed that in the last few years very many packages have been opened and taped back together, etc. Creepy.

that sorters in a whole lot of places are suddenly partially opening liberal mail. And the sorter here in Staten Island marks my opened mail with numbers written in pencil.

That's totally logical. You know, with premises that could actually cause the observed situations. That kind of logic.

13. DAMN! I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME!!!!!

I thought "ok, my mail man must just be a dick" or it was just coinkydue, but after a while, I was like, "well this IS odd" and with all the other SHIT going on that this BUNCH OF SCUMBAGS are doing to us, I kept forgetting to post about it. Well whoever the ASSHOLE is, I hope you enjoyed peeking in on the CDs I've ordered. Need a list?! Ok, well, you already know, but the last batch was mostly Satanic stuff, ya know...and FUKU Agent Mike! I hope they like the pile of dog crap I mail to 1600 PA Ave.
